Raed Helal

Raed took up the post of Commercial Director for Overseas AST in 2020. He has significant international experience in Commercial Management, Contract & Claim Administration and Risk Analysis in the contracting environment.

Raed has held senior operation and commercial positions in reputed international Contracting organizations in Australia and the Middle East.

A graduate in Civil Engineering, as well as in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying from Heriot Watt University, UK, Raed also holds Professional Memberships with the Australian Institute of Quantitate Surveyors (MAIQS) and the Society of Engineers both in Australia & the UAE.
