Overseas AST is a UAE based Company which provides Engineering, Procurement, & Construction Services to the market.
In providing such services, it is essential that all AST Employees demonstrate commitment and alignment
in the implementation of the AST Management Systems, and shall set an example in developing the company
culture toward performing works in a quality, safe, and environmentally friendly manner in accordance
with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards : -
In this regard, all AST Management & it’s employees, shall demonstrate ownership & commitment to achieving
excellence throughout the delivery of AST services, by: -

Complying with applicable legal requirements, client requirements and other stated requirements to which
the company subscribes,

Creating a Company culture wherein the health & safety of people, protection of property & assets, consistently
high quality standards, and zero negative impact on the environment are approached with utmost priority throughout
the Company – prevention of accidents shall be a primary consideration in all areas of work within AST,

Providing required training as required to increase overall employee competence in carrying out the works safely,
with due consideration to the protection of people, assets, and the environment, thereby adding long term value to
company operations,

Continually improving the Company QHSE Management System and processes, preventing pollution, accidents or deviations
from requirements which have the potential to negatively affect the well being of all people who are engaged with,
or interface with our works,

Utilizing appropriate Risk Assessment methods, we shall ensure communication of QHSE aspects and impacts to all
persons working for and/or on behalf of the company, in order to promote teamwork & awareness in achieving QHSE
objectives and a productive work environment.

Our Policy is to ensure that all our activities are controlled, measured, monitored, analysed and
conducted in an effective and systematic manner, where objectives are reviewed and set in each area of the business.
This QHSE policy shall be effectively communicated to all employees, made available to the public,
and shall be periodically reviewed for its continuing suitability and effectiveness in meeting our stated objectives.
